About the Activity

Our Little Movers program is the perfect introduction to physical fitness for children aged 3-6. We utilize soft play equipment, obstacle courses, and age-appropriate calisthenics to help children understand how their bodies move. It’s not just about exercise; it’s about burning energy positively while mastering gross motor skills. Classes are structured around "adventure circuits" where children crawl, jump, climb, and balance. This ensures they develop core strength and coordination naturally, all while laughing and cheering on their friends in a safe, padded environment.
Gross Motor Skills

Climbing and jumping courses build essential large muscle groups and coordination.

Children learn to anticipate ball direction and plan their next move.
