About the Activity
Rhythm Rockets is a high-energy introduction to percussion designed for little hands. Using bongos, tambourines, and junior drum sets, children learn the fundamentals of rhythm, tempo, and listening. We focus on "call and response" games where children learn to replicate patterns and play as a group.
This activity is fantastic for brain development. It isn't just about making noise; it's about counting, patterns, and synchronisation. The class provides a structured outlet for self-expression where "loud" is allowed and encouraged in a musical context!
